These are illustrative scenarios, not customer testimonials. Real customer stories will be added with permission as we build a track record.
Scenario: a homeowner with energy, broadband and two mobile SIMs can review whether a 3-service bundle and the Cashback Card welcome credit are worth pricing on the call.
Scenario: a family with four separate SIMs across providers can map the whole mobile household together before any one phone contract renews.
Scenario: a household with multiple renewal dates can use the audit to map services first, then decide whether a single-bill setup is simpler at the next renewal.
Questions
UW's Price Pledge is available to eligible new customers (from 22/04/24) who take 3 or more qualifying services and regularly use their Cashback Card. If you don't save with UW (including Cashback Card savings) in your first year versus your previous provider, you can claim between 12–15 months after sign-up. The pledge applies only to qualifying services taken at sign-up. UW assumes an average Cashback Card saving of £160/year in the comparison (or your actual saving if higher). Full terms at uw.co.uk/cashback-card.
On the Unlimited Max plan (£23/month for the first SIM), you can add additional household SIMs from £10/month each (this took effect from 1 April 2026 — UW's earlier "free additional SIMs" promotion ended 31 March 2026). Porting, fair-use, and roaming caps apply. Always check the current SIM offer at uw.co.uk/mobile/sim-only-deals before switching.
UW offers a 3-month free Cashback Card trial for new customers. Standard fees apply after the trial. Current fees, eligibility, cashback caps, and retailer terms are on uw.co.uk/cashback-card. Cashback earned is automatically deducted from your monthly UW bill.
UW publishes 99% UK coverage, Wi-Fi Calling, monthly rolling contracts, and EU roaming on its SIM plans. Roaming caps, fair-use limits, and current network terms should be checked before switching.
The ClearBill audit and adviser call are free with no obligation to switch. ClearBill is operated by an authorised UW Partner. If you choose to switch to UW through us, we may receive commission from UW. We tell you this before you sign anything.
UW offers four optional protection products: home & contents insurance, boiler cover, Bill Protector (pays up to £300/month toward your UW bill for up to 6 months in case of job loss or illness), and Income Protector (pays up to 65% of pre-tax income, capped at £750/month, for up to 6 months). Your adviser is UW-trained to talk you through these on the call. Eligibility, terms and exclusions apply to all protection products. Note: home insurance is excluded from the £100/£150 Cashback Card welcome-credit tier count, but can still be bundled.
