UW's Price Pledge is available to eligible new customers (from 22/04/24) who take 3 or more qualifying services and regularly use their Cashback Card. If you don't save with UW (including Cashback Card savings) in your first year versus your previous provider, you can claim between 12–15 months after sign-up. The pledge applies only to qualifying services taken at sign-up. UW assumes an average Cashback Card saving of £160/year in the comparison (or your actual saving if higher). On the Unlimited Max plan (£23/month for the first SIM), you can add additional household SIMs from £10/month each (this took effect from 1 April 2026 — UW's earlier "free additional SIMs" promotion ended 31 March 2026). Porting, fair-use, and roaming caps apply. Always check the current SIM offer at uw.co.uk/mobile/sim-only-deals before switching.

UW offers a 3-month free Cashback Card trial for new customers. Standard fees apply after the trial. Current fees, eligibility, cashback caps, and retailer terms are on uw.co.uk/cashback-card. Cashback earned is automatically deducted from your monthly UW bill.

UW publishes 99% UK coverage, Wi-Fi Calling, monthly rolling contracts, and EU roaming on its SIM plans. Roaming caps, fair-use limits, and current network terms should be checked before switching.
